The Club holds two regular club meetings a year, they are held in Apr and Dec, at 1930h in the Rusagonis Rec Centre, 1609 Post Rd Rusagonis. New members and those interested in joining are always welcome to attend.
Our next club meeting is on 1st Dec 2026. The meeting agenda and other documents (if any) to be discussed are emailed several days before the meeting. If you wish to receive copies, please email the address below and we will add you to the club’s disruption list.
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in Dec where club members vote on the next year’s operating budget and confirm the projects as laid out in the 5 year operating plan. Elections for director positions also take place at that time.
The April meeting is held after the Quad NB AGM and is used to pass on any new or important developments that will affect the club or its membership.
